Hotel Balian Resort Higashi Shinjuku (Adult Only)

This hotel has everything you need. Honestly, you could check-in with only the clothes on your back and every amenity you need is provided including luxury skin products, food, drinks, in-room spa tub and massage chair. There's also a condom discreetly in a box by the bed because, hey, how come you don't have any luggage anyway? Don't be put off by the short term (less than a day) room rentals available - we stayed 6 nights and never noticed the more transient guests AND all the hotels in this party neighborhood offer the same service because Tokyo Metro closes at midnight while many clubs and bars are open 24/7. That said this is the nightlife district in all senses so if you bring your kids be prepared to explain the real world to them. All in all we would stay here in a heartbeat the next time we're in town. We *would* ask for a non-smoking room next time but with more than 5 basically identical Bali An properties within 2 blocks I know we could get one! Also, make sure you know which one you booked because there are a bunch of them and getting confused is possible! Truly a luxury experience for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone with even a little sense of adventure.

Great location! All points of interest in the Shinjuku area are very close, 5-10 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants, bars, clubs around. Check-in was fast. No queues. The room is quite standard in size, but looks small and cramped. Lots of furniture. Even a massage armchair. Very large selection of creams, lotions, gels, shampoos, etc. Clean. There is some food and alcohol selection in the lobby for free all the time. Convenient. The staff is professional and helpful. Many thanks to them.

I loved the mini buffet and overall atmosphere. Unlike other Tokyo hotel rooms this did not feel overly crowded or small. The layout of the hotel room is perfect for a short or longer stay. The mini bar was well stocked with a dedicated fridge and another fridge in the room for your personal things.

Hands down, one of the best facility in Higashi Shinjuku. Hotel staff were always friendly and willing to assist with anything. Anenities were amazing. A small DIY cocktail bar, Selection of Soup, Snacks and salads were always available at the lounge. Bathroom amenities, Beautycare products, and many more available for the customers.

The location was perfect! Metrostation and the JY-Line nearby and a LOT of restaurants around. The room was really clean and quiet with a lot of free amenities. The stuff was really friendly and helpfull. Definitely recommend it.
